Visiting the school
All visitors must report to the security gate and present valid identification. Appointments are recommended. We aim to respond to all emails within 24–48 hours on working days.
Directions
- From Nairobi CBD, take Thika Road towards Thika.
- Take the exit toward Juja Road at the Pangani flyover.
- Continue on Juja Road for approximately 500 m.
- The school entrance is on your left, clearly marked.
Getting here
- Public transport: matatus to Pangani from the CBD, or Thika Road matatus alighting at the Pangani flyover.
- Private vehicle: parking is available within the school compound for visitors.
- Taxi / ride share: drop-off at the main gate — use "Pangani Girls Senior School" as the destination.

What are the visiting hours for parents?
- Weekdays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (by appointment only)
- Sundays & public holidays: no visits except emergencies

How can I schedule a meeting with the Principal?
Email principal@panganigirls.sc.ke with your name, contact details, the student's name (if applicable) and the purpose of the meeting. The office will contact you within 48 hours to confirm an appointment. Meetings are typically held on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
How quickly will you respond to emails?
- General enquiries: within 24–48 hours on working days
- Admissions enquiries: within 24 hours during admission periods
- Urgent matters: please call the school office directly
Emails received on weekends or public holidays are answered on the next working day.
Where can I find the fee structure?
Download it from the Fees & downloads page when published, or collect it from the Finance Office during working hours. Fee structures are updated annually.
