Creating and maintaining comprehensive discipline policies aligned with school values and national education standards.
Providing counseling and guidance to students on appropriate behavior, conflict resolution, and personal responsibility.
Mediating student conflicts and facilitating restorative justice practices to maintain harmony within the school community.
Tracking and evaluating student behavior patterns to identify areas for intervention and improvement.
Collaborating with parents and guardians to ensure consistent behavioral expectations between school and home.
Implementing positive reinforcement systems to acknowledge and reward exemplary student conduct.
