Managing the recruitment and selection process for teaching and non-teaching positions in accordance with TSC guidelines.
Coordinating continuous professional development programs, workshops, and training sessions for staff enhancement.
Managing staff welfare programs, medical schemes, and addressing staff concerns and grievances.
Implementing performance appraisal systems and career progression pathways for teaching staff.
Continuous learning and growth opportunities
Modern teaching methodologies and classroom management techniques
Digital tools, e-learning platforms, and ICT in education
Advanced content knowledge and curriculum updates
Management skills and educational leadership training
Comprehensive support for our staff
Staff member reports concern to immediate supervisor
Formal investigation by Staff Office committee
Meeting with involved parties for resolution
Monitoring implementation and satisfaction
All grievances are handled confidentially and resolved within 14 working days
Coordination with national teaching standards
Assistance with TSC registration, licensing, and renewal processes for all teaching staff.
Processing of promotion letters, transfer documents, and other TSC correspondence.
Ensuring school compliance with TSC regulations and teaching standards.
